OVERVIEW

A 15th century monastery, transformed into a Villa 10 years ago by a famous English mime and choreographer. This ancient structure still bears the original icon cross on its roof. The living rooms on the ground floor and second floor give room for people to relax and enjoy the homes living space. The 6 bedrooms are spread across the ground and second floor making it convenient for multiple families and friends to share the Villa. The kitchen with access to the portico for outdoor dining makes for wonderful family meals at the end of the day.

Built on a hilltop, the villa is surrounded by a hectare of gardens, 2.2 acres, and lawns that are kept meticulously by a gardener who comes by frequently to water the grounds and maintain the swimming pool. The grounds are entirely fenced in to provide maximum privacy and the entrance is through wrought iron gates and up a cypress-tree lined driveaway that leads to the parking area below the Villa. The gardens also host a tree house built by the current owners for their grandchildren, and a "calcetto" soccer field.

The swimming pool is set in a panoramic position just below the Villa and is reached by an external ramp of stairs. It measures 5 x 12 meters (depth varies from 1.2 to 2 meters).
